Olive Oils
Our award winning varietal
oils include Corregiola, Frantoio, and Nevadillo Blanco. We also use these
varieties in our Premium Estate blends together with varieties such as
Barnea and Hardys Mammoth. Coming soon will be Arbequina and Piqual.

Corregiola
These olives are harvested early in the season when they are still green.
They produce a gold medal winning oil that has a pungent fruity, grassy
aroma which is complex, harmonious and persistent. A pungent oil that builds
to a peppery finish and leaves a clean palate, it is full of complex flavours.
Judged to be an outstanding oil, it was awarded Best in Show at the Mudgee
Olive OilAwards in 2004. This is an oil for the sophisticated palate.
Frantoio
These olives are harvested early in the season when they are still green.
They produce a gold medal winning oil that has a good grassy nose. The
taste is fruity with a little pepper and pleasant after taste. A complex
well-balanced oil. It has been judged best of its class at the Mudgee Olive
Oil Awars in 2004.
Estate Premium Blend
This oil is a blend of our Corregiola, Frantoio and Nevadillo Blanco.
The olives are harvested when they are turning colour. They produce a Gold
medal winning oil that has an aroma of herbs and freshly picked olives.
It is nutty and sweet on the palate. A complex oil which slowly builds
to a slight peppery finish.
Olives
Our olives are hand-picked from our Estate only, with pure rain water
and salt used for pickling, rather than the normal caustic soda used commercially.
Varieties available include Manzanilla, Kalamata, Barnea and Nevadillo
Blanco.
Massage Oil
Over
99% Extra virgin olive oil with lavender or rosewood for maximum benefit.
Anyone can pamper themselves with this beautiful product, which
comes in Lavender as well as Rosewood.
Massage oil is used extensively in the massage therapy field; some
people say it gives them a sense of well being.
Lime Flavoured Oil
This oil is especially good for seafood barbecue, marinade or stir-fry.
